Ducks for dinner... or are they dinosaurs? It was time for our Indian runner ducks to go. They laid lovely eggs, but we’re hopeless at taking care of their ducklings (0 survivors), some of them just walked off (and got eaten???), some of them got random ailments and died. Time to cut our losses and get a meal or two out of the surviving four. Ducks may be back on the farm again next year, but a different breed. Suggestions? #paulssonpaleo #ducks #slaughter
