One of our ongoing projects on the farm is us/nature reclaiming our paddock. We started experimenting with hugel culture here a few years back and we were able to grow a variety of flowers/vegetables/fruits/berries. Now we have 3 greenhouses, 6 hugel beds and other raised beds encouraging biodiversity and nurturing insects.
