Blue light blockers. Thanks to the dude at @inthepinkrealfoodandcoffee who flaunted his inner geek with his blue light blocking eyewear and inspired me to finally order my own online. I didn’t intentionally turn the flash on, but it illustrates pretty well what these goggles are about, namely blocking unnecessary blue light at night. I can’t tell whether it makes much of a difference to my sleep quality yet, but it does feel pretty darn relaxing. #paulssonpaleo #circadianrhythm
