Slaughter season starts now for us. Not our own lambs, but those of a neighbor. We're buying three, one of which is a bit older. I have a feeling we'll appreciate the more mature meat, hence the trial. We'll be collecting the blood this time around as well, making black pudding a la @birgittahoglundsmat .
