First attempt at fermented coconut milk. Because I was too impatient to wait for the store bought lactobacillus probiotics, I chucked in some earth based ones plus a squirt of sauerkraut juice. Iiiiiinteresting taste, ha ha ha. Cat turned up her nose at it (tastes of sauerkraut!) whereas I gobbled it up. Oh well, not all experiments turn out well!
